I known and worked with Serge for a considerable time whist he was managing the Integrated Services department. The Integrated Services department brings together all areas of non-financial risk including health, safety, environment, facilities management, security, fleet management and business continuity. During his time in Tigo Chad Serge transformed the whole department from scratch and delivered the company to achieve ISO accredited services. This is a huge achievement especially in a country whereby delivering such management systems will always be a challenge.

In fact I requested the group of assistants to select the most able among them to become my special aide. Serge was nominated. I was the Deputy Commissioner Operations in MINURCAT. Serge proved to be most able. Intelligent, trustworthy and solution orientated. In addition he had a good grip and understanding of Information Technology.
