Serena is incredibly professional, conscientious and hard working. She always held herself to a high bar and worked hard to achieve that. She was always willing and wanting to learn and absorb information from others. She often went above and beyond what was expected of someone of her level whether that be covering things for colleagues or putting extra hours in to make sure the job got done. Serena is someone I'd recommend to any company as she was a real value to Sacco Mann so anyone would be lucky to have her!

We're a creative social agency that reshapes how employers understand and engage diverse talent. And I'm TapIn's People Operations Manager! I am responsible for leading and implementing the people operations function at TapIn, the wider human resource processes, managing the internal recruitment and generally just supporting the whole agency however I can. In addition to this, I also aid in supporting wider agency projects, including our annual Black Gen Z report and occasional client-facing research that focuses on diversity, equality, inclusion and belonging.
