As an employer, I always looked for someone smarter and willing to challenge me. Upon retirement, i was fortunate to take a position that was also equal to that standard. One of those who I was associated was Serena Arlotta, an exceptional self starter and communicator. This outstanding professional has had a distinguished career. I just wish that I had the opportunity to work with her more. I dont know what Serena’s plans are for the future. But, I would not hesitate to recommend her for any position.
