Dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment to moms, caregivers and their little ones. Here at the Lullabar, the mission is to give moms a space to enjoy self-care without the guilt. As a front desk administrator and receptionist I ensure that each mama comes in with a wonderful and enjoyable experience. I work in a team with fellow passionate, caring, and kind women where we focus on coordinating reservations, workshops, child play care, cafe orders, and even providing knowledge to mom and kid focused products. The customer's feedback plays a big role in this position and myself and the team I work with commit to listening to this feedback and making an impactful change. To enhance this experience, I am also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the front desk, checking in with operations and CEO what tasks need to be prioritized and helping staff throughout the wellness cafe to continue a positive synergy in the workplace. In the 3 years I worked here, I was committed to Target's customer service model of "GUEST": greet, understand, engage, solve and thank. Through this model, I used in every task I did from training new team members, ensuring the sales floor was within safety guidelines, setting new floor sets, and assisting guests throughout the whole store, not just in my own designated department. I was recognized by the District Manager of the San Diego stores for my detailing to floor sets and with my artistic eye for visual merchandising, I briefly did hold a position as temporary visual merchandiser, where I was responsible for bringing more warmth, excitement, and inspiration to the store. Throughout my 3 years here I became cross-trained across all departments throughout the store and I even was trained to go to other nearby Targets to assist in their annual inventory counts. I contributed to an increase in sales yearly within both the Girls and Boys department, surpassing metrics each year. Show less

Contributed to Massage Envy's goal to provide a luxurious experience for each client from start to finish of their visit. This position included operational tasks such as managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling cash and credit transactions, resolving client concerns and preparing the clinic for opening and closing. I also collaborated with therapists and management to ensure efficient scheduling, optimize client satisfaction, and also team selling retail that estheticians would recommend. To continue with the success of Massage Envy, myself and fellow front desk associates and estheticians would participate in ongoing training programs and stay up-to-date on with the latest services, promotions, trends, and product. Was asked by the District Manager to return back and fulfill the Store Manager position due to my attendance, metric sales numbers, organization skills, product knowledge, and overall leadership skills. I led a small team of 6-10 dedicated sales associates, fostering a positive and high-energy work environment that resulted in increased sales and customer satisfaction. Conducted ongoing training sessions to enhance the product knowledge and selling skills of the team. This included training individuals with no prior experience or knowledge of fragrances. Memorized the at least 3 notes (top, middle, and base) for almost 100 fragrances , which allowed me to understand a variety of customer preferences and how to teach others about fragrance. Took pride in our visual merchandising standard which we would update at least twice a month to give more flare to our store, which would highlight featured products. In addition, managed all daily operations, such as inventory levels, conducting stock audits, creating work schedules, ordering office supplies, receiving shipment, and handling the business operations of the store.
