Where a business email address has been provided to the Partner, ensure that such email address is used for all communications relating to the services. The Partner agrees to: Provide the expertise, skills, tools and equipment necessary for the Partner’s performance Provide all relevant information and apprise Excis - KalTech of the progress and status of the Services Participate in meetings with the Client and Excis, as requested by KalTech Keep accurate records of all work performed, and provide such records to Excis - KalTech upon request Not to discuss the terms of this Agreement with the Client, and specifically not to discuss payment and payment terms Provide at least one week’ advance notice in respect of any unavailability to provide the services under this Agreement. The Partner will not make any representations or warranties to the Client regarding the Services.
