  - Participated in the Global Infrastructure Cooperation Conference 2021 as one of the main panels to share my view on global PPP market.- Sharing my view with global financiers in the TXF Asia 2021 Export, Agency & Project Finance Virtual Event as one of speakers on behalf of Korea government.- Supporting the merge & acquisition project of an U.S. base hydrogen company, the Bloom Energy, as of U$95million.- Cooperated with other syndication lenders, closing a U$350million merge and acquisition project for an E-Waste company in Singapore.- Managed whole negotiation to finalize the Australia Inland Rail PPP project, which is the first Korea PPP project in Australia. Received internal approval of A$500 million export credit finance.- As a key person, actively involved in the due diligence process for the Ukudu Power project in Guam operated by Korean major power company, Kepco and EWP. Our team supported a $250million export credit finance for this deal.- Coped with Korean national energy sourcing, supported the Barossa Gas Exploration and LNG project in Australia. Based on a wide range of project financing experience, structured this deal more bankable and successfully approved for $300 million guarantee.

  - Initiated and conducted a crucial role as a main lender to finalize the first LNG export deal in the U.S., Sabine Pass LNG Export Project, by having touch-and-go negotiations with international banks and law firms. Received internal approval of $750 million export credit finance. This transaction named 2013 Deal of the Year by Project Finance International(PFI).- Successfully accomplished Uzbekistan Surgil Gas Exploration and Chemical Plant Project, a core economic cooperation model between Korea and Uzbekistan government. By persuading all executive board members, $1.6 billion investment guarantee granted to this project and earned $140 million premium. This transaction named 2012 Deal of the Year by PFI- As a sole lender, provided $200 million guarantee to Santander Bank for Peru Savia Oil Exploration Project operated by Korea National Oil Company. Based on strong due diligence and statistical data, persuaded all board members and got internal approval on time.- Despite of the host country risk, aggressively supported $65 million guarantee for Indonesia Cepu Oil Exploration Project operated by ExxonMobil. It was the first and last deal that a Korean company involved in an oil field development project conducted by a major oil player.- Arranged $1 billion debt financing from international commercial banks for Myanmar Gas Exploration Project. Almost impossible to fund the project due to the financial sanction to Myanmar in 2011. Successfully finalized the deal and recorded one of the best E&P project operated by a Korean company.
