MetaMUI is one of the first "meta" blockchain that solves the impossibility trilemma in the design of the CBDC, identity, privacy, and programmability. We write transaction records in terms of anonymous identifiers instead of a public key-based address, thus solving the problem of asset ownership loss and legal compliance while preserving user's privacy. We combined the decentralized identity with the decentralized token blockchain to create an identity-based token blockchain. Since it is based on self-sovereign identity, the user's private information is not stored on the blockchain and it is managed in a decentralized matter. It avoids the central point of failure and gives sovereignty to the user in the control of their private information. MetaMUI's chained cash is the first tokenized payment that works both online and offline. We have invented both the networked version of chaincode (smart contract) and the edge computing version of chaincode. Identity verification and programmable money can be implemented both online and offline. With its instant confirmation protocol and parallel processing of transactions, it can outperform many of fast payment technologies.
