  Roles & Responsibilities: (Part of Acceleration Team to expedite the overall Balance of Plant, Electrical & Instrument (E&I) work for Indonesia’s Biggest Independent Power Provider (IPP) coal-fired power plant.)  Prepare plans and schedule for installation work related to all Electrical and Instrumentation activity.  Steer the construction and completion of the Plant Back End System for E&I scope of work  SWFGD (Seawater Flue Gas Desulphurization) – Aeration Basin, Absorber & Booster Fan, Compressed Air Generation, Induced Draft Fan, Fabric Filter, Fly Ash System, Flue Stack, and CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring System).  BOP Plant : Raw Water Treatment plant, Ammonia Removal System, ASH and Coal Run Off, Auxiliary Boiler, Chlorination System, Circulating Water Pumps, Tanks and all the Fire protection systems.etc.,  Overseeing erection completion of assigned packages are ready for commissioning and in line with the Master Work Program as Well as within Project Capitals.  Supervise E&I daily manpower arrangement and performance monitoring of 200+ workers, subcontractors and vendors at a peak time for 13 different areas.  Identify and solve issues related to erection feasibility through a detailed review of design documents, drawings, schematics, P&ID, method statement and risk assessment.  Built detail tracking records and documents on modification, instruction and changes from the client; for evidence against delay, Back-charge and final measurement.
