  • Breakdown the Work Packages into smallest activities to establish the accurate level of planning. • Develop the Level 4 Schedule for the project based on the approved level 3 Schedule and the engineering quantities with reference to Mhrs rates • Develop schedule revisions to study the impact of the change in design issued by the Contractor on the original plan or any other decision that might reflect a delay on the original plan • Maintains Program Master Schedule and performs critical path analysis including management of program to program interfaces and milestones. • Develop the Path of Construction based on the Project milestones and logic se-quence of work. • Develop the Heavy Lift Equipment schedule • Monitor the actual Manpower on Site with reference to the MP plan for each disci-pline, • Attending the weekly field control meetings with the Client, • Updating the schedules in monthly basis by resource and quantity and developing the S-curves. • Develop Action and Recovery plans to support project delivery on time.
