In my short span, I created multiple design prototypes, and we achieved a design improvement in TESSOL' PLUGnCHILL system that enhanced its charging rate by 20%. A visiting research student under UGC-UKIERI Thematic Partnership. • Modelled a ‘Packed bed Latent Heat Thermal Energy Storage(TES) system’ using porous medium approach in ANSYS FLUENT, a computional fluid dynamics code. • Investigation on Nano Enhanced Phase Change Materials (NEPCM) for performance enhancement of solar water heaters. • Investigation of thermal conductivity enhancement of water based graphene nanofluids. During my short stint with IES as Project Associate, I was involved in the estimation of carbon footprint in the port and port related activities under the management of Chennai Port Trust. We proposed GHG mitigation strategies to reduce carbon footprint by 13.5% in the Port of Chennai.

Our team ‘Ad Infinitum’ was honoured with ‘Runners up’ title in the prestigious Go Green Emission award. It was a time that we all cherish. We split our work in to number of sub-tasks and shared our responsibilities.
