I had the pleasure of working with Senteara as a risk operations analyst for about a year and a half. I first came to meet Senteara as she was my assigned spin up buddy, helping me to both get acclimated to the work culture and quickly become proficient in risk investigations. Senteara went above and beyond as a spin up buddy, she introduced me to people she thought would be helpful, she was always available for assistance, and despite the fast paced work environment, she was someone I relied upon as always staying up to date on new guidelines. What I appreciated most about Senteara was her patience, thorough teaching style, and open minded approach to differing viewpoints.
