Sennillä on kädet savessa ja ajatukset kirkkaasti liiketoiminnan tavoitteissa. On ollut ilo seurata samassa tiimissä, miten Senni käytännön tekemisessään toteuttaa oivaltavalla ja proaktiivisella otteella strategiaa. Lisäksi Sennille on annettu rakentavan kritiikin lahja: hänen terävillä huomioillaan koko tiimi kehittyy ja kehittää. Monet omatkin tekstini saivat loppusilauksensa hänen kommenttiensa avulla. Tiimikaverina Sennin puoleen on helppo kääntyä. Vaikka tiivistahtinen näppäimistön nakutus raikaa, hän antaa aina aikaansa sekä auttaakseen että sympatiseerataakseen työn hetteiköissä rämpivää kollegaa. Yhdessä ollaan naurettu vedet silmissä, revitty hiuksia päästä ja juhlittu voitonaskelia riemunkiljahduksin - juuri niin kuin mahtavan tyypin kanssa voi.

Työskentelin Sennin kanssa Markkinointi-instituutin ja Rastorin markkinointi- ja viestintätiimissä vuosina 2017–2019. Senni osoittautui hyvin pian tiimin luottoihmiseksi, joka pitelee jämptisti monien samanaikaisten projektien lankoja käsissään. Hektisessä markkinointityön arjessa Senni osaa keskittyä olennaiseen ja uskaltaa tuoda omat näkemyksensä esiin silloinkin kun ne poikkeavat yleisestä mielipiteestä. Tarkkasilmäinen, oivaltava Senni oli kullanarvoinen "tuottaja" teksteilleni. Ihailen suuresti Sennin suullisen viestinnän taitoja ja ystävällisyyttä, joista hän ei tingi tiukoissakaan tilanteissa. Suomalainen työelämä tarvitsee enemmän Sennin kaltaisia ihmisiä!
