I have known Dr. Semira on one of my training session in an organization called VECOD. Since that time I got a chance to meet her in a number of issue that has a greater value to the community in general and the company I work with in particular. In all my exposure to her professionals duties, I found her a very dedicated, humble, consistent, committed, and hard working professional. She is very keen and curious for any cause of greater value to the community. More than anything else, she values humanity and issue of greater importance to human kind. I always see her doing a lot of task that deserve to be done by a rational citizen like her. In my company called Motion Consultancy and Training: which exclusively work on the life transformation of your Dr. Semira's contribution is far beyond what words can explain. She has an excellent capacity to operate in a multi-cultural system and open minded to mix with any kind of society with a very respectful and welcoming manner. She is very innovative and a person of wide spectral thinking and dimensions. Her team work capacity, leadership, and facilitation capacity is just amazing. She is also a person of good humor and full of energy. Hence, on the behalf of my company, I would like to recommend Dr. Semira for any level of research and education and position that demand far sighted, tight, and highly qualified personality. Semira is a go-getter Medical Doctor and an eminent mental health advocate, utilizing her leadership skills to achieve daily tasks. She accepts advice from both senior and junior colleagues and works on them without reservations. I was privileged to attend with her a Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. During the fellowship, she was recognized for her efforts to network, punctuality and hardworking spirit. She was also flexible to work on assignments not related to health profession like working with journalists to prepare a social event. I would recommend her wholeheartedly for any job opportunity, placement, internship, scholarship or volunteerism.
