The PhD was about the study and development of a new type of wall that would be able to change it's insulation properties in order to adapt to the interior comfort needs (same principle as clothing). Worked for 2 years on the Thesis and was able to simulate with EnergyPlus the effectiveness of this proposed new wall in several building models and in different climatic conditions. Was also able to build the first prototype. Suspended the doctoral studies and scholarship due to a job offer at Home Energy - Martifer. Show less
