  As a team member of the call centre, we were under the Director of Organising. We called the union members with membership queries and other admin but also recruited student teachers and other potential members. The biggest campaign I worked on was the ECE Pay Equity claim and ECE Voice, the campaign to increase funding to ECE Centres.
