I had the pleasure of working with Selma over the course of several years at the AMA. As the manager and producer of all AMA's regular series of virtual events, Selma became known for attention to detail, timeliness, and professionalism. Perhaps most importantly, Selma was an expert at identifying potential challenges before they happen and taking measures to mitigate any negative impact on a customer's experience with the AMA. She is an event specialist when it comes to recruiting speakers, determining content themes, and troubleshooting technology solutions across multiple platforms. Selma is a serious, innovative thinker and practical problem solver. Above all, she is intelligent, creative, and collaborates with a great sense of humor and empathy for others.

Selma is a strong manager with a bright future. In the time I worked with her, she had a high-volume job managing virtual conferences and webinars. Though she had many stakeholders, external relationships, technology challenges and deadlines, Selma made it all look easy. With a high degree of tact, organization and an ability to think on her feet, Selma stood out as a respected strong and consistent performer. In addition, Selma is articulate, has ideas and is able to think strategically. I would not hesitate to recommend Selma in the future.
