Bio
Lynette Foo SY
I have worked with Selina in both projects, she have clearly shown her research skills and able to think ahead for the users. She is able to draft out interview questions quickly and analysis well if the question is needed or could be rephrase better. She is very attentive, during interviews she is able to capture key pointers and put them up during affinity mapping. Using her research skills she is able to derive some pointers that the users are facing and further improve the next round of interview questions. She is good at adapting, such as if the questions or the way she communicate to the users didn't work she will rephrase or find another way to tackle the problem. She is also good in researching and analysing if this research will be beneficial to present to the sponsors or better to find another case study for it. It have been fun working with her, hope to work with her again.

I am proud to be a part of Selina’s learning journey as she embarks on a truly amazing path to UX. She asks many relevant questions and her inquisitive spirit is enviable. As she already has some useful research background, I'm not surprised that she would be at home with both the business of being empathetic to users and the ability to synthesize meanings from data. Her work and progress was good enough to be chosen as one of the featured talents during the graduation showcase. So to Selina... please continue to be great and inspiring to the world.
