During my enriching SDE internship at STX from January to June 2023, I had the invaluable opportunity to contribute remotely to their STX App project. In this role, I was primarily responsible for designing and developing APIs that significantly enhanced the user experience. My accomplishments include crafting APIs that facilitated real-time user engagement, such as enabling users to receive instant updates on their winnings and the matches they joined. Moreover, I successfully designed an API for seamless voucher distribution, further enhancing user satisfaction. Additionally, I took charge of creating APIs that powered dynamic leaderboards. These leaderboards were tailored for both daily and weekly metrics, offering users real-time insights into their performance. During my tenure at Impactional Games, I assumed the role of a Node.js backend developer and embarked on several impactful projects. A highlight of my contributions involved leveraging technologies such as socket.io and WebRTC to architect APIs that enabled seamless real-time communication between users. This innovation significantly enhanced the user experience and facilitated effective interaction on the platform. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to create APIs that incorporated chart.js, a powerful data visualization library. Through this, I successfully developed a solution that generated informative and visually appealing graphs, presenting various types of data to users in an easily understandable format. Among my accomplishments, I also designed an API that utilized MongoDB's GRIDFs feature to proficiently store images.
