Selena is one of the most innovative, forward thinking, driven, organized, and compassionate thought leaders I have had the pleasure of knowing. She is a meticulous planner and is constantly thinking 10 steps ahead. Selena has an uncanny ability to navigate difficult subject matter with grace and find solutions that are for the greater good. She also has a gift for listening to others; she is quick to implement good ideas that others suggest and give useful feedback for ideas that aren't up to her high standards. I have observed that she makes decisions that are savvy yet compassionate. Any organization would be very lucky to have her!
