While in high school, I developed this position after hearing about younger students in my school that needed help with their classes. I worked weekly with K-9 students to improve their grades. I developed lesson plans, review guides, and game exercises to supplement classroom learning and to boost student engagement. After working with students for a few weeks, their letter grades were often boosted from C's to A's with test scores in the 90s-100s range.
