Represented ABA ROLI and high-level meetings and negotiations with implementers and donors through articulating ABA ROLI’s mission and programs at policy meetings with U.S. Department of State and USAID and consortiums including CEPPS, the Fundamental Freedoms Fund, and Human Rights Support Mechanism. Hired and managed staff in D.C. and the field, including country directors, high-level consultants, and program staff. Traveled to Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, Singapore, and Sri Lanka to conduct program activities and represent the ABA in meetings with government officials, donors, local partners, and other high-level stakeholders. Designed program management course for ABA ROLI employees.
