Novembre 1999-Mars 2017: Travaillé au CTH (Centre de traitement d'huile) Traitement de brut/gaz et Réinjection gaz/injection eau vers les puits. avec Association Sonatrach/Agip (ENI) à BRN sud Hassi Messaoud Novembre 1999 muté à l'association SONATRACH/AGIP, j'ai travaillé comme technicien tableau (DCS HONEYWELL) au centre de traitement d'huile/gaz/réinjection gaz/injection d'eau (CTH) jusqu'à l'année 2005. L'année 2005 j'ai assisté au commissionning , start up et (first oil) BHP Puis travailler comme Technicien Tableau , contremaitre et secondé comme contremaitre principal n1. GOSP HMD UN Gas Oil Separation Plant JGC. Field Operator. From january 2021 to december 2021 Prepare plant for gas in and start up as per gas in and start up procedure in coordination with shift supervisor, control room operator and other personnel in the commissioning department. . Provide supervision on air blowing, dry out, reinstatement, flange management, internal and final tightness test, lube oil flushing, in process, utilities and compressor area. Installation and retrieval of corrosion coupon and probes. Supervision of torqueing team. Participates in punch listing and test pack close out to ensure the system is ready prior to commissioning. Preparation of work permit, tool box talk, hazard analysis, coordinate with other sections in order to complete the task completely and safely. • Start-up and shut down all plan equipment • Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform minor repairs and servicing • Assist with the commissioning of new products • Assist in overseeing day-to-day plant and field activities • Utilize the DCS control system to monitor and control plant conditions • Identify and scope out opportunities to maximize production, minimize operating costs and eliminate downtime • Maintain proper documentation, including operating logs, maintenance records and safety and environmental reports • Train others Show less
