Teamwork Trust Adaptability Agility Proactive Personality Effective Efficiency Every Animation project needs super strong Production Department T.A.P.E. dispensing to keep the Team together and well motivated. I was very fortunate to work with Seerat Rana at Mainframe Ent on the UCA project for Spin Master. Seerat demonstrated smooth & steady T.A.P.E. dispensing as PC & then APM for the Production Department on a consistent high level. As one of the projects Key Production staff the smooth & steady T.A.P.E. dispensation was not just demonstrated within Seerat's specific Production Departments but for all such needed workflow considerations for all involved departments - especially with the Asset & FX Departments! Seerat was a conduit of communication for the Production Department and between all other UCA Project Departments. I really look forward to the next Animation project opportunity where I will be able to work again with Seerat Rana! A very well known Animation Industry saying is "It's The People" - Seerat's participation in the MFE UCA project for SME was beneficial to all people involved!
