IPRAN - Largest vendor partner for Cisco products in Malaysia. - supporting on Cisco ASR920 and ASR907 products. - Participated in vendor on 5G WAN development project for Celcom Axiata Telco in IP RAN team for 3000+ sites in Malaysia. - Regularly working in both Datacenter on IPRAN and IPCORE network as well as Access router onsite. - Involved in planning, capacity management, installation, end to end fiber testing, services integration and maintenance for Celcom 5G WAN development project. - Using waterfall approach for project management in 5G development project, RFS stage, E2E fiber testing stage, migration stage and maintenance stage. - To implement Transmission & Access active network refresh/upgrade. This includes proactive replacement of the various obsolete & end-of-life equipment and Tier 2 operation & maintenance support of these network platform/system: - Knowledged in environmental and electrical safety in hazardous. Attended NIOSH (National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health) training to work in hazardous environment for Telco and datacenter. - Access Network: MSAN and Narrow Band- IPMD platforms & ONU Platforms, Optical/Radio links, Mobile Radio (2G,3G,4G), QOS, OSPF, BGP. - Transport Network: DWDM platforms, Microwave System, Submarine communications cable. - Involved in end user environment support with various Cisco products. Examples. Cisco Firepower 41xx series, ASA55xx series, Cisco Nexus (N9K) series switch, floor switches, Cisco UCS server.
