Founder & Owner of Glowdom. My responsibilities over the years have included general and technical management, leadership, software design and development, and business consulting. I have a good knowledge of server and cloud architectures as well as practical experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle. Glowdom has been the main focus of my career for almost 12 years. Under my leadership, Glowdom has grown profitably from a startup to one of the most prominent and knowledgeable companies in Namibia's IT service sector. I use data to drive business decisions and uncover insights that can improve business processes and operations. My role and responsibilities would include: - Delivering lectures: My main responsibility would be to plan and deliver lectures that are engaging, informative, and effective.
