The venue's focus lies on innovative cocktails - including molecular mixology - paired with showmanship. Revolution Cocktail is in Guangzhou, Xiamen, Chengdu and Bangkok and will open soon a second venue in Shanghai (Jing'An temple). Sebastien is also the co-writer with Pourcel brothers, the twins 2-stars Michelin executive chefs, of the luxurious and décalé book “In’sense” (bilingual Solar Editions) Urban bar is a dynamic team made up of professional bartenders from China and France, who have been worked in many countries, including the UK, France and China. With such an expertise, Urban Bar is able to provide quality consulting services in every areas of the bar business.
