  What started as one of the four ‘verticals’, together with Engineering, IT and Medical, soon became our leading project. Helping European dentists in every step of the process of becoming a Dutch dentist. From the first contact, through a 4-month course, to the start of a new career in the Netherlands with 3 years of intensive guidance. The complexity and maturity of the project made it possible to form a new label under the DPA flag: DPA Dentistry. We are a full-service agency that tries to be different by not focusing on quantity, but on quality. We don’t have a database with thousands of dentists that may or may not be interested in an international career. Instead, we choose to dedicate ourselves completely to helping only 50 dentists and dental clinics per year. This has resulted in a relatively small, but vibrant community of 150 foreign dentists, all with the same proactive and positive mindset to make a difference in Dutch dentistry. Show less

  What started as a voluntary project, ended up being a way to make a living by doing what I love: Speaking Spanish and leading projects to a more than satisfactory end. The two main goals of Gllrmo are still (1) promoting the way of working and living in the Netherlands and (2) creating an image of the Spanish professional, thus bridging the gap between two European countries that have more in common than what is generally known.   Fulfill the position of president and treasurer within the board of the Los Guiris fraternity at the Language and Culture faculty of the University of Amsterdam, meant working on a daily basis in a fresh team of 4 colleague students. Our aim was to create enthusiasm with our fellow students of the Spanish language, by publishing a Los Guiris magazine, organizing cultural and less cultural gatherings, parties, Spanish movie nights and an end-of-the-year journey to Valencia.
