Projects of significant contribution include: • Developed Key Performance Indicators for MRU operations and responders. • Developed structured onboarding program and standardized training protocols to increase responder competencies. • Coordinated the development of standardized risk management and safety procedures. • Coordinated the creation of an employee retention initiative reducing turnover rates of responders. • Coordinated efforts to generate greater knowledge of the MRU through marketing and education initiatives.
