Sebastian was awarded The Employee of the Month award, on several occasions for his outstanding work and commitment to his department/team. Working in a very busy kitchen with a like-minded brigade, Sebastian always found time to assist Managers/Departments with Projects. With the guidance of his Head Chef, Sebastian assisted me and the HR team, to raise initiatives and incentives geared around the Hotel’s in-house learning University. The re-launch and the success from the project was phenomenal.
