Sebastian was recruited by our organization from the Cornell School of Hospitality. At the time he was recognized as best of the best from his class and he more than exceeded that potential. Sebastian joined my team as a Department Head responsible for development, internal and external marketing and execution of Business, Social, Networking and Traditional events at the club. Sebastian was instramental is growing the business, providing "outside the box" suggestions and assisted the club in achieving it's targeted retention goals. His transition to another Department head position in Direct Sales was seamless and successful. I would highly recommend Sebastian in any General Leadership, Sales Management, or Operational Role. He is tireless in his effort and a terrific problem solver. His people skills with the customer and client, as well as his peers is beyond reproach.
