I transitioned into being responsible for overseeing all medication administration practices within the provider agency, updating and continuously monitoring all policies / procedures, conducting individual's trainings and household trainings, providing group continuing educations annually to all individuals who provide services to individuals, and maintain all service documentation while performing internal audits for monies accounts and service delivery.

I really learned core leadership skills that assisted in molding my leadership style into what it has now become. I developed many house managers who I had the pleasure of overseeing into great leaders for their households as well.

We worked as a team to ensure the individuals had received proper care, attended all medical appointments, and had engaged in their community through various activities such as Special Olympics, Wii Bowling Leagues through YMCA, group outings, and many other amazing opportunities I learned about through this role.
