Sebastian has several responsibilities to his role as an operations specialist, such as project management for several renovation projects, create renovation plans, make decisions about functionality as well as design, deciding on and purchasing materials, calculate and follow up on budgets, develop and iterate processes for product delivery and building trusted relationships with several external partners.
