  I've been working with ialoc for approximately half a year, and quite possible one of the hardest periods ialoc has been through sales wise - the Covid boom. To sum it all up, my duty is to make sure that we continue to expand as much as possible, given the circumstances, to as many restaurants in Romania that we can assist with our reservations ecosystem. As my first job in sales, my learning experience was exponential. To sum it all up, my duty is to make sure that we continue to expand as much as possible, given the circumstances, to as many restaurants in Romania that we can assist with our reservations ecosystem. As my first job in sales, my learning experience was exponential. I signed my first contract in my second month at the company, after shadowing fellow hunters, and from there I kept growing as one of the top hunters in ialoc. I brought more than 80 restaurants as partnered, as well as helped with several hunting campaigns via phone, field sales and LinkedIn. One of the key takeaways form this collaboration has been how to organize my workflow and methodically invest efforts towards my KPI's in order to benefit from those efforts on a monthly basis.   I took part in a financial education project, thus developing financial plans and strategies for ordinary people who wanted to have the best product on the market.I coordinated a team of 4 people, taught them how to sell personalized plans, develop a line through which they can manage a team and how to calibrate their activity agenda for the whole week.
