After joining my team he got right into the thick of it - implementing SalesForce CPQ. Our use case for CPQ was not fit for an out-of-the-box solution but this did not hinder Sebastian's results. He learned how to use the tool quickly and built a solution that fit all our sales divisions' needs. This is no small feat and I'm confident that he could do it for any organization, no matter how complex the needs are. I consider myself lucky to have worked with him for six years and even luckier to have him on my team the last two.
