My responsibility was to maintain relations with current customers and clients. Also to expand and develop a new and wider network within the region. I was the only person on site and had responsibility for sale, marketing and upcoming recruitments.   Operations manager for Strandverket during the summer of 2011 was really a huge experience for me. It was a big place with many bars and serving areas a by that also a big staff to coordinate. During spring time we planned and rebuild the restaurant before we opened in mid may.I handled personal, suppliers and collaborations with external companies. I had the responsibilities to make sure the restaurant was driven by our determined values. Also sensory mood among our guests and staff were as it should. For me it is very important that a restaurant has a personality and all within its walls are well and of course have a lot of fun.
