As a track support engineer my job is to work closely with the race teams to optimise the way our tyres are used, ensuring optimal performance and durability. In high level motorsports this means becoming a member of the team and having access to data, performing data analysis and having an input in both setup and strategy. I am also the first point of contact for racing teams for any matter not immediately related to track support.As a full time track support engineer, it is also my job to collect teams' feedback on our products and set our internal requirements for tyre development activities.
