Entering the Pareto Law sales graduate scheme, I have learned the ins and outs of electrical wholesaling via a strong team based at Edmundson Electrical in Banbury under the supervision of PCM Steve Harris. The course, entailing sales training, electrical exams and so forth, prepared me for a quick undertaking of internal sales, later entering an account management role with forecasting, external prospecting and sales, with the notion of increasing business. Due to this, I have learned the value of follow ups, engaging dormant accounts, and many other sales techniques which in turn, increased our active account count month on month as well as an increase in sales.
