-Design and develop plastic parts like pillars (A, B, C, D), bordkante, window frame, covers (seat belt rear center, side front, rail entrance ) using NX Siemens and Catia V5. -Creating the plastic parts geometry in NX Siemens and Catia format respecting the environment parts. -Designing and develop gages for measurement. -Implementing part markings for all parts. -Modifying ongoing projects to fit customer request. -Propose new models of parts. -Offering new solutions for different problems regarding interior of the vehicle. -Creating drawings and PMI for range of car parts manufactures such as Mercedes-Benz. -Downloading, updating and uploading parts using in-house database. -Developing measurements plans using Catia V5. -Analyzing the design surface (strak analyse). MoellerGroup launched the oportunity in my current department to travel to Germany for a month. During the traveling I was tasked with the following: -direct communication with colleagues in Germany -making parts using the NX program -visiting the factory and assisting in the manufacture of parts -direct involvement in the design and creation of 3D models of the parts Achievements: -Ability to relate with people nationalities, culture and race. -Revised the ability to communicate in English. -Developed multitasking abilities.
