Responsible for the operations, training, administration and H&S of 750 personnel, who were deployed continuously on active duty in the M.East and S.Asia, and on tasks in three other Continents. Dealt with high levels of complexity, regulation, resource prioritisation and infrastructure issues. Engaged with multiple UK and international stakeholders, whilst also reorganising the Regiment to better deliver its outputs. Achievements include: - Delivered continuous and increased output (200%) of Unmanned Air System operational capability, in support of UK and allied forces, within a multi-national regulatory framework. - Considered best in class by the Military Aviation Authority on regulatory compliance audit.- Planned and executed the introduction of technical upgrades to the operating systems, which saved £500k in annual operating costs, whilst decreasing operational safety risk. - Restructured the Regiment’s Departments to deliver operational and administrative outputs more efficiently, through integration and overhead reduction.- Awarded Equipment Care prize for best equipment maintenance regime in the Army.
