      As the Building Communities project manager and site manager, I have the responsibility for the Big Lottery funded project that engages hard to reach groups in building a new training centre using traditional building methods such as round pole timber framing, dry-stone walling, straw bale wall construction and lime rendering. My duties include, staff and budget management, health and safety on a construction site, procurement and liaising between design team, engineers and construction workers to ensure the building is built to design.I still engage with groups in the outdoors and maintain my role in Adventurous activities.
