I have been working with Sebastian for 2 years in the same R&D team first him being Mechanical Engineer and with time Scrum Master as well. Our cooperation involved daily interactions and mutual work to reach the same business and design goals. His dedication to work and attention to detail are incredible. His persistence enables him to find solution to any design problem and with his didactic background and empathy he easily transfers his knowledge among other team members. He is also a lifelong learner and faces daily challanges with curiosity. I learned a lot from him and enjoyed building together our interdisciplinary team.
