Summer internship at Russell Simpson, a Real Estate firm based in Kensington & Chelsea. - developed a concrete understanding in the sale of property and the industry as a whole - focused on producing invoices, contracts and viewing reports for prime and core properties - attended frequent under offer and client viewings across London -learned how to use tools such as LonRes which help in researching property archives and the market - learned skills in excel and worked with an excellent team of professionals who taught me how the thorough stages work:-such as identifying anti-money laundering, contracts, brochures and reacting to global economic trends such as the importance of interest rates and inflation in real estate
