Im Juni 2022 hat Sebastian unsere Bereiche Customer Success und Customer Support bei LeanIX geschult, um unserer Kommunikation (intern als auch extern) besser zu verstehen und basierend darauf Ratschläge zur Optimierung erteilt. Hierfür hat er einerseits eine Online Veranstaltung und andererseits ein Onsite Coaching angeboten. Sebastian hat hierfür kreative Methodiken verwendet und uns kompetent beraten.
