Chris Sears has been an integral part of the attendee relations team at Outdoor Retailer for almost four years and he is someone you can count on. I admire his desire to anticipate a need and develop a solution. I don’t mean a single idea; I mean an entire course of action to address the issue. Chris is the rare individual that teaches and learns in nearly equal portions. His personal ethic is one of inclusion, hard work, and an ear cocked to hear more. I have seen Chris do the unforgiving work of calling thousands of potential attendees to the Outdoor Retailer tradeshows and he approached it with a caring, customer-oriented attitude that creates fans from enemies. The ability to work independently and seamlessly with a team is the characteristic that most describes Chris Sears.
