      After a decade leading a search practice at another recruiting agency, it was time for a change. I resigned & started Riverside Recruiting, thanks to the encouragement of my lovely wife. Riverside is a reference to the Cuyahoga River, as I wanted the name to have a connection to Northeast Ohio.
