After a decade leading a search practice at another recruiting agency, it was time for a change. I resigned & started Riverside Recruiting, thanks to the encouragement of my lovely wife. Riverside is a reference to the Cuyahoga River, as I wanted the name to have a connection to Northeast Ohio. The name is also fitting because our family likes to hike & bike along the Cuyahoga River, so we're often "riverside" on the weekends. Thanks to everyone who helped me along the way!
