As the Security Operations Supervisor I am responsible for the supervision of the entire Data Center Security Team (SOC and Physical teams). I am responsible for ensuring the Security Team carry out and fulfill all specific roles and post orders to align with Global Standards. I also act as the incident leader for the site security team in the event of operational disruptions or crisis management situations to ensure site resiliency. My role is also to actively monitor performance within the SOC and Physical Security teams, where necessary identifying areas for training and/or improvements.In addition to this, I am the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the Physical management team. I am the security representative on the site EHS committee and monitor and report on EHS standards within the team. I assist the SOM for strategic planning of manpower levels in the ever-changing development of the CLN Data Center site. I participate in the interview process as part of this reasonability. I also oversee the production of business metrics for reports such as daily, weekly, monthly, and QBR report. I’ve worked on numerous projects with some of our partners from various departments such as programming and process, resiliency and Operational Solutions.
