Sean Clarke...what can I say? Sean has a masters in business analytics, a keen eye for problem solving, a fast/efficient worker, and grinds like no one else I've worked with. Most office nights it was just him and I working side by side. Sean helped me create the inbound lead process and onboarding flow, provided new ideas for efficiency and troubleshooting, and can pick a needle out of haystack when it comes to leads. Many times, my job was not possible without him. When Sean was first hired, I wasn't entirely sure of his capabilities. Within 3 weeks, he had pretty much mastered all the work I was giving him and looking for additional responsibilities. He's a great listener, and he thinks outside the box. He can do a multitude of things: - extreme problem solving - pipeline and process management - leadership and teaching (he was THE go to guy at Wayflyer when it came to product and functional knowledge) - data analytics and input - grind What Sean may lack in long term experience, he excels above all others in coach-ability and will to succeed. He will be great at anything he does. It was a pleasure to work with him and I hope to bring him along where ever I end up!
