He managed our IT infrastructure projects and was responsible for implementing Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/NAV at several locations as we expanded across the US. We counted on him to execute the project from beginning to end, including gathering requirements, data migration, training, testing, cutover, and post-implementation support.
