We build and deploy employee standard surveys such as TalentEntry - surveys for new hires, TalentGage - surveys to measure employee engagement and TalentExit - survey to get feedback from departing employees and produce management reports form employee feedback that drives positve change in the workpalce.

  Responsible for deploying all online customer and market research surveys. Managed a small group of 4-5 staff. Launched TalentMap as a division of In-Touch

  Worked in a variety of industries sectors including forestry, mining and oil sands. Implemented performance management metrics that fed into a balanced scorecard.

  Taught English as a second language to Japanese business men and women for travel. Clients include Samsung as well as independent business professional in the Ashikaga area. I also taught skiing to school children on YMCA camp trips.
