‘Achieve at all costs’ is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Sean. I first met Sean when he approached myself and another 'player' in the industry to form a merger between our two companies, which is where Tsulutions was born and our 6 year working relationship. Sean is an extremely big picture thinker, and forward-driven always thinking about the context of the business and how it fits into it's environment while at the same time not afraid to voice his opinion if necessary for the business success. He became a voice of reason that I very quickly became to respect and honour highly, especially considering Seans innate ability to handle some of the more difficult people in our virtual team. I'm sure that Sean's resilience, and personal characteristics would cause any business or team that he is apart of to excel beyond previous measures.
